Acceptance of Terms
CareerWizards is provided by SurroundView Technologies Ltd (hereby refered to as "We", "Us", or "Our"). You agree that by registering on CareerWizards.io, or accessing other information provided as part of Our services (collectively CareerWizards or the ‘Service’), you are entering into a legally binding agreement with SurroundView Technologies Ltd, having its principal office located in Trinidad and Tobago, and these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference (collectively referred to as the ‘Agreement’) and that you become a user (‘User’). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Registration
In order to use the Service, you must register and create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and maintain the security of your account information.
Service Tiers
We provide you ongoing support in managing your career. You may select any tier of service desired once you make the required payment for that tier when requested. You may cancel your service or downgrade to a cheaper service tier from within your account page. You will then be charged at that lower rate (or not charged at all on a free plan) after your current service period ends.
Refunds
Refund requests are accepted up to 30 days from the date of payment and are only applicable for billing errors (like double billing). To request a refund, please contact us at hello@CareerWizards.io. Please include your account and order information. Your request will be reviewed within 5 days and we will notify you via email of the results.
User Content
You are solely responsible for any information, data, text, messages, photos, videos or other content that you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your user content but grant Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works of your user content. We will process your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. You may not upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes on any intellectual property rights or violates any laws or regulations. You may not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
Copyright
You are not to modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any manner, the material on the site including text, graphics, code and/or software.
Privacy
We will collect and use your personal information in accordance with Our Privacy Policy . By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
We may terminate your account or restrict your access to the app at any time for any reason without notice. We will refund you the equivalent funds for any remaining service period already paid on a prorated basis for any restricted service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Us harmless, as well as our affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the app or your breach of these terms and conditions.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Disputes and Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with our relationship, including any disputes regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Agreement shall be resolved cost-effectively through binding non-appearance-based arbitration. Any party initiating arbitration shall initiate such arbitration through an established alternative dispute resolution (‘ADR’) provider mutually agreed upon by the parties.
